They are simple, accurate production or quality control tools which require no adjustment. This applicator has the advantage of combining ease of use with 1 gap size in one unit. For best results it should only be used on solid substrates which are smooth. We cannot guarantee that you will draw-down the theoretical wet film thickness. The drawdown process consists of many variables. The actual wet film thickness can vary from 50% to 90% of the gap depending on the gap clearance.
