This Vocalion release comprises the original album of Victor Young's famous score for the equally famous Oscar winning American film 'Around the World in Eighty Days', which featured a galaxy of stars including Noël Coward, Frank Sinatra and David Niven to name only a few. It proved to be the last film score written by Victor Young, who died in 1956.
